The Real Estate Acquisition course is a fifteen week courses that meets once a week on Mondays from 6pm-8pm. In this course, renowned real estate developer Herbert J. Strather, will share the knowledge and skills needed to acquire income properties at the most attractive price and terms. Participants will develop the foundations of a profitable acquisition strategy. This is a follow-up courses to the Quick Start Program, but it is not required that you take the quick start program if you have experience in real estate. If you are interested in learning how to structure apartment building deals and owning one for yourself, this is the class for you. You will learn creative ways to acquire commercial real estate and how to increase the property value after you buy it. You will find out the exact things to look for and how to evaluate them at a level that’s second to none.

This class is a hands-on course where you will be working at the round table with Mr. Strather to guide you through setting up your venture correctly. In this classes, you cannot graduate unless you have a deal cooking or closed a deal. Finding or creating value is a tool needed in the real estate business, especially on the commercial side.
